This role will be responsible for building LehLah's entire Middle East presence from scratch.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify, pitch & close brand deals across UAE and GCC
• Build relationships with CMOs and marketing leads
• Develop agency partnerships — white-label models
• Represent LehLah at events and brand meetings

Operations & Execution

• Own end-to-end campaign delivery for all ME clients
• Coordinate with LehLah India team on platform & tracking
• Build local creator roster — Arabic, expat & English
• Set up processes & workflows as the business scales
• Ensure every campaign is on brief, on time, on standard

Required Experience

• 3–5 years experience - Influencer marketing, creator economy or digital agency
• Experience in working with both - Brands & Creators
