The Head Coach, Velodrome is responsible for leading the coaching workforce across cycling and infield sports at Velodrome Abu Dhabi. The role provides overall leadership, development, and performance management of all coaches, ensuring high coaching standards, structured development pathways, and consistent delivery quality across all programmes.

The position serves as the primary cycling technical authority for the venue and leads the design and delivery of cycling course structures, session frameworks, and coaching methodologies within the programme architecture defined by the Sports Manager.

The role also includes direct coaching delivery, with a focus on advanced and signature cycling sessions requiring senior expertise, including track cycling programmes. The Head Coach is expected to deliver across cycling disciplines and support infield sports delivery where required.
