Position Overview
Program Involvement: - Coach cross multiple STA programs including but not limited to the Ladies Tennis Program, and adult initiatives such as Cardio Tennis, NTS, Advanced Plus, SPEX, etc.
- Adapt coaching methods based on the specific program and participant skill levels.
Coaching Delivery: - Provide 30 hours of on-court coaching per week, ensuring a high-quality training experience.
- Develop and execute session plans focusing on technical skills, tactical strategies, physical conditioning, and mental preparedness.
- Offer personalised feedback and performance analysis to help players reach their potential.
Professionalism & Conduct: - Arrive on time for all lessons and adhere strictly to the scheduled sessions.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward colleagues, players, and all STA stakeholders.
