Our Stratford venue is a busy, high-volume operation with a reputation for quality and consistency, and we're looking for a Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen.

The Role

 As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen across all services, leading your brigade to deliver exceptional food standards in a fast-paced, premium environment. You will work closely with senior culinary leadership on menu development, seasonal launches, and operational improvements.
