55,000 to 60,000 per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)
You'll have Head Chef experience in a busy kitchen with a strong knowledge of crafting excpetional sushi, with a calm spirit that tunes in and focusses, rising above that buzz. Positive and fun to be around, in the heat (or cool) of the busy kitchen?
