The Fresh Collective is looking for a strong and forward-thinking Head Chef of Events and Production to lead our events and production kitchen operation. In this role, you will lead the planning, production and execution of premium events and large-scale catering operations. You will be responsible for driving menu innovation, maintaining exceptional food standards, ensuring food safety compliance, managing labour and food cost performance, and leading a capable, engaged kitchen team.
