Taps Australia is currently seeking a full-time Head Chef to lead their kitchen team and would welcome anyone with appropriate skills and experience who is willing to commit to a long-term appointment.

To be successful, you will need to possess a relevant qualification and at least 2 years’ experience working in small commercial kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to put their own stamp on things and has the ability to do so!

Specific duties will include:

1. Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
2. Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
3. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients
4. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
