About the job HEAD CHEF - EUROPEAN CUISINE
Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef - European Cuisine for a nightlife venue in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Create innovative and seasonal menus inspired by classic European dishes, incorporating contemporary culinary trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the kitchen team, providing training, development, and motivation to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Cost Management: Monitor food costs, optimize inventory, and manage the kitchen budget effectively.
- Health & Safety: Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
