Head Chef - Daytime Only - £40k

I am currently looking to recruit a Head Chef for a site in the heart of Surrey. My client is looking for someone who has a real focus on fresh, local produce.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a fast paced, casual dining operation. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

Requirements:

1. A strong background working with fresh ingredients
2. Have a proven background within a high volume, casual dining operation
3. A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
4. Strong people management skills

Please note this is a 7 day operation and does require someone willing to work weekends as the business dictates, however you will work day time shifts only.
