The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, ensuring consistently high food standards while maintaining strong commercial performance.

• Designing and delivering seasonal menus and regular lunch-time specials
• Managing and maintaining accurate stock control and ordering
• Writing kitchen rotas in line with agreed wage budgets
