Job Summary

AMK Global is hiring an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in upscale fine dining to lead an award‑winning dining destination in Burlington, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Manage all BOH operations , including labor scheduling and productivity
• Ensure flawless execution of every dish in taste, temperature, and presentation
• Manage daily service in a high‑volume, open kitchen
• Maintain excellence across premium steaks, sushi, seafood, raw bar offerings
• Partner with Executive Chef & General Manager on menu execution and seasonal menu
• Execute clean, modern plating with consistent presentation standards
• Control food costs through effective ordering, inventory, portioning, and waste control
• Hire, train, coach , and develop a high‑performing kitchen team
