This senior leadership role will be responsible for the overall direction and performance of the business unit, ensuring its alignment with corporate strategies, growth objectives, and financial goals. As the Head of the BU, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, ensuring profitability, managing the P&L, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the EV battery charging and BMS industries, along with strong leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully executing growth strategies.
