Head Baker – Job Description (Simple)
Lead the bakery production team
Plan daily bread / pastry production
Supervise bakers and assign tasks
Develop new products (R&D)
Ensure all products follow SOP and quality standards
Control ingredient usage, cost, and waste
Manage baking schedule (early morning production)
Check freshness, stock, and inventory
Train junior bakers
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Ensure production meets daily outlet demand
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
