Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of Workday Core HCM processes, including worker data, job and position management, supervisory organizations, staffing transactions, and organizational structures.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams to gather requirements, assess impacts, and deliver scalable Workday solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Own and optimize key HCM business processes such as hiring, onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational assignments to ensure efficient workflows and a positive user experience.
- Maintain foundational Workday HCM configuration, including supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, worker types, staffing models, and related system objects that support accurate HR transactions.
