- Gather customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Poject Manager
- Select appropriate equipment based on approved solutions.
- Install and configure equipment onsite (with head office engineer support for complex projects).
- Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve onsite issues.
- Operate and manage server room assets.

- Yêu cầu công việc:

- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (PCs, networks, servers).
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong teamwork and flexibility.
- English: intermediate 
- Hands-on experience configuring PCs, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and similar cloud services.
- Comply with company security policies and operational standards.
