Qualifications
All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in a service organization. Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background. Basic Painting Wall Repair Light Plumbing Light Electrical and Carpentry Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property manager’s Bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities
Cleaning of residential general common areas. Mopping. Vacuuming. Trash removal. Cleaning lounge, gym and rest rooms. A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process. Different shift schedules are available and some weekend shifts are necessary at these locations.
