This dual-role position includes assisting with general maintenance tasks as well as physical labor such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials or equipment. The ideal candidate is versatile, hands-on, and takes pride in doing quality work.




Responsibilities:




Handyman Duties:

• Perform basic repairs including drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing, and carpentry

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
