Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable, practically minded handyman to be based at a commercial property site in Chelmsford. This is a varied, hands on role covering everything from day to day maintenance and grounds upkeep to liaising with commercial tenants and overseeing larger contracted works. The handyman will be responsible for approximately 40 commercial units and may also support the maintenance of some local residential properties. The successful candidate will be a self starter who takes pride in maintaining a well presented, safe, and compliant site. A work van and all necessary tools and equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance
Carry out day to day minor repairs and maintenance tasks across the site, including basic carpentry, painting and general repairs.
