Position Overview
Job Scope - Perform hair cutting, trimming, coloring, styling, and treatments as requested by clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired results.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools, equipment, and the workstation.
- Promote salon products and services to customers and recommend suitable haircare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies and industry health and safety standards.
Requirements - At least 3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Proficient in a variety of hair techniques, including advanced cuts, color applications, and chemical treatments.
