Position Overview:

As the Battier Guide Miami Program Manager, you will play a vital role in empowering students to achieve their academic and career aspirations. Battier Guide Miami is an established college and career preparatory program aimed at supporting approximately 40 students at Booker T. Washington, Coral Gables, and SEED Miami to apply for college, explore potential career paths, learn valuable soft skills of the professional world, and effectively network with local leaders and professionals. While the Guide Miami Program supports seniors in all three high schools, recruitment efforts are now solely focused on Booker T. Washington Senior High School, and the program will only serve students there after the school year.
