The Hosting Helper is growing our overnight US coverage team and looking for someone in a UTC+7 or UTC+8 timezone — the Philippines, Vietnam, or Thailand — to join us. The shift is overnight on the US side but lands as a normal 9am–9pm workday on yours.

You'll be the front line for our guests during the US night. First, that means responding to inbound messages across Guesty — covering Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and our direct bookings — keeping replies prompt, warm, and on-brand. Second, you'll handle inbound calls through our Conduit phone system: the lockbox that won't open, the wifi password that's not working, the AC that's gone funny at 2am. Third, when something needs eyes on the ground, you'll dispatch and coordinate through Breezeway, looping in our cleaning and maintenance partners and making sure issues are tracked through to resolution.
