Position Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.
  • Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Attend to all guests’ requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous Front Office experience in a similar environment will be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Opera is preferred
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition
