As a Guest Services Officer, you’ll deliver exceptional service to guests through excellent service and answering their enquiries that exceeds their expectations. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Maintaining cashier float, ensure accurate daily report of money received and performs audit balances in accordance to accounting policies and procedures
- Maintaining intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
- Assisting with hotel guest’s check in swiftly and efficiently
- Ensuring all billings are accurate
- Greeting guests in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
- Carrying out hotel guest’s personal and travellers checks transactions and assisting with currency exchange
