Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Visitor Registration and Meet & Greet: Receive and register visitors, coordinate with other Guest Services, handle meet & greet, luggage management, taxi services, beverage preparation, escort to meeting rooms, diarize VIP guests and key events.
  • Front of House Maintenance: Maintain lounge area, social spaces, meeting rooms, Work Café; ensure cleanliness and presentation; report cleaning/setup tasks to Workplace team; liaise with IT for AV faults; coordinate beverage service.
  • Restricted Meeting Room Booking: Manage booking for restricted rooms, follow procedure, provide recommendations and additional resources; other rooms available for self‑booking via Outlook.
  • Phone & General Contact: Handle day‑to‑day incoming and outgoing calls via Skype, update phone directory and Executive Assistant’s list.
  • Access Card Handling: Issue new access cards, manage temporary cards (issuing, returning, chasing), liaise with Security team...
