The Hotel

Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is a 316 room hotel located in Mascot near the Sydney domestic airport. The hotel offers 11 function rooms, including boardrooms, meeting spaces and a grand ballroom, suitable for small meetings through to large conferences of over 300 people. It also features La Boca, an on-site Argentinean restaurant and bar, plus 24-hour room service.

The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic Front Office Team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport. The Guest Service Agent has full responsibility to provide the highest level of guest service throughout every interaction with our guests.  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional service and ensure a smooth check in and check out process for guests
• Give a friendly welcome every time a guest comes past the reception desk
