About the role
- Greet external visitors and internal staff with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer incoming calls and receive incoming mail.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail and overnight packages.
- Handle walk‑in enquiries, provide guest wireless assistance, and issue visitor passes.
- Act as administrator for conference rooms throughout the portfolio.
