Job Description
This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, cleared technical and field sales positions in global sales and worldwide public sector organizations. The Recruiter I sources, screens, and guides candidates through the hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, security-focused environment. The recruiter supports complex, corporate-level hiring initiatives and plays a key role in building teams that work directly with customers in highly regulated and government-related markets. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities

+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onsite interview for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
