The Role This is a builder seat inside Operations: you’ll own the data and automation layer that powers our outbound engine. It’s not a pure developer job and it’s not “click‑around ops” either. You sit at the intersection of business context and technical execution, turning GTM ideas into robust pipelines that source, verify, enrich, and deliver clean prospect data at speed. When something hiccups, you don’t patch and pray; you isolate variables, fix the root cause, add guardrails, and document the play so it won’t break again.
