Contractual Expertise Providing contractual expertise during the pre‑contract and project delivery stages across all business units. Draft, review, negotiate, and conclude a wide range of contracts (confidentiality agreements, Mo Us, partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, SLAs, land agreements, project finance agreements). Provide commercial and legal input into bid strategies, tenders, and quotations. Develop and maintain contract obligation matrices, ensuring coordination with and communication to all relevant departments; educate and guide departments on contract content and the matrix so obligations are clearly understood and consistently implemented.
