Position Overview

Zoft.AI is building enterprise AI automation β€” chat agents, voice agents, and workflow automation for businesses. We're looking for a growth hustler with a

proven track record of generating revenue and pipeline at scale

β€” someone who can run outreach in volume, build partnerships, and close the loop to actual paying customers.

What you'll own:
Revenue & Pipeline : Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline β€” leads β†’ demos β†’ paying pilots β†’ closed revenue
Partnerships : Identify and close partnerships (agencies, resellers, integrators, communities) that open new distribution channels
Outreach at Scale : Run cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach in volume β€” sequences, automation tools, and high-velocity prospecting, not one-off messages
Founder-led marketing : Ghost-write and manage founder's LinkedIn/X presence β€” posts, threads, comments, DMs to build personal brand and inbound trust
Inbound/Content : LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter) β€”...
