Overview
The role will be boosting online sales of listing advertising credits to real estate brokers and agents. This role will be responsible for driving digital sales through targeted marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to attract brokers and agents.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, optimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Implement retargeting campaigns to convert website visitors into paying customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & E-Commerce Growth
- Improve the user journey on the platform to make purchasing ad credits easier.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flow, and CTAs.
