Position Overview

Piper Companies is looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across a suite of B2B SaaS products. The Growth Marketing Manager role is remote and must work EST or CST hours. The Growth Marketing Managerrole is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about building scalable marketing systems that support product-led growth.
Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing Manager include:
Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, including the development of PQL processes and account-based scoring models.
Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, re-engagement, upgrades) using email, in-app messaging, and other channels.
Optimize the self-serve user journey and support the transition from individual users to team-based adoption.
