The Growth Marketing Manager owns the full customer lifecycle across paid acquisition and retention, with a clear mandate to drive profitable, sustainable growth. You will lead paid performance and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty), manage growth specialists, and act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership by translating data into clear commercial decisions across marketing, product, and operations.
