The Role
We already have a working franchise lead engine. Now we need someone who can

scale it across markets, improve it continuously, and unlock new growth levers .
This role sits at the intersection of

strategy and execution . You’ll be expected to

design integrated marketing plans across online, offline, and channel development , and drive them end-to-end.
This is not a “manage agencies and review decks” role.
This is a

roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, make-it-work role .
You’ll own

lead generation end-to-end —across performance, offline, and new channels we haven’t even tried yet.
Speed matters more than perfection. Outcomes matter more than activity.
