SUMMARY:
A wellâestablished, listed property and investment group is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join its finance team based in Cape Town CBD. This role offers excellent exposure to listed company reporting, technical IFRS work, and groupâlevel finance within a structured, highâperformance environment. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of Group financial reporting. The role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with IFRS, JSE listing requirements, and tax regulations, while supporting clear financial insight for senior management and the Board.

POSITION INFO: Job Description:
Prepare and review annual, interim and monthly Group financial reports
Ensure compliance with IFRS, JSE listing requirements and regulatory disclosures
Manage group consolidations, including UK consolidation and foreign currency translation
