Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the development of exterior decorative paints that meet market requirements, regulatory standards and company quality benchmarks. The position is responsible for driving product formulation, testing and optimization, ensuring timely delivery of new products and improvements to existing lines. This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to translate customer insights and emerging trends into commercially viable solutions. The manager will also manage technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the organization's competitive edge in the coatings industry.
