OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a senior finance-operations operator to run the financial rhythm and key operating controls across a small portfolio of related Australian entities. This is a hands-on role spanning bookkeeping, month- end close, AP/AR, payroll coordination, weekly cash flow, inventory planning, and operational process discipline.

You’ll work directly with the owner and the external Australian accountant — using Xero, ApprovalMax, and Unleashed — to bring clean books, clear cash visibility, and better inventory control to the group.
