Position Overview
Job Description: - Our client is a provider of end-to-end hospital operating management services across acute and day hospitals, with a mission to put people at the heart of healthcare.
- The Group Finance Manager will take ownership of financial oversight across the group, ensuring accurate reporting, driving operational efficiencies, and leading finance transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: - Delivering accurate consolidated group financials within 10 business days of month-end
- Conducting EBITDA performance analysis with insightful variance reporting
- Driving working capital improvements, including debtor and stock optimisation
- Leading audit and compliance processes, ensuring zero material findings
- Implementing standardised financial practices and reporting frameworks
- Overseeing payroll accuracy and compliance
