Are you an experienced Groundworker looking for a secure, permanent role with a growing and forward-thinking contractor?
We are working with one of the UK's leading providers of property maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit services, to recruit a Groundworker to join their team covering the Cornwall area.

Working within the Social Housing and Public Sector, you'll carry out a wide variety of groundwork and external maintenance works, helping to improve homes and communities across the region.

* Carry out all aspects of groundwork on domestic and social housing properties

* Remove, repair and relay paving, slabs and flagstones

* Prepare and lay new concrete paths, ramps and footings

* Excavate trenches, holes and foundations as required

* Identify and rectify defects to external groundworks
