About the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Leiston. This is a hands-on role working outdoors as part of a team, supporting a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out hydroseeding operations

Planting shrubs, grass, and other vegetation

Cutting back hedgerows and general vegetation management

Operating and maintaining machinery, including a ride-on tractor

Supporting day to day grounds maintenance activities

Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
