Ground Freight Execution Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Ground Freight Execution Specialist to join our North American operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end intermodal transportation lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across customers, carriers, and internal teams. This is a fast-paced, highly operational role where no two days are the same. You will manage shipments across domestic and cross‑border (US/Canada) flows, handle high‑impact accounts, and proactively resolve issues to protect service delivery. This position is based in the Mississauga office, with occasional travel to the Caledon location as part of a multi‑site operational setup.
