About the role:

We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Alice Springs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating freight distribution for the region
• Loading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handling
• Ensure compliance with all Greyhound policies taking particular note of Freight restrictions and guidelines
• Processing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignments
• Providing customer service of a high standard
• Responding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phone
• Maintain the delivery of inbound and outbound Australia Post volumes
• Maintaining computerised records for administration purposes
• Providing general support to the team
