Position: GRC Manager

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The GRC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's GRC framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.

- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the GRC framework and make recommendations for improvement.
