What you'll do: – design social-first graphics across brands (beauty, fashion, hospitality, B2B) – edit punchy reels that actually stop the scroll – work closely with the content + strategy team on live client mandates

What we want: – a sharp eye for design (portfolio > degree) – strong reel editing chops — pacing, cuts, sound design – someone who gets trends but doesn't chase them blindly
