**Description:**

The **Grant Financial Administrator** will oversee all financial and administrative operations related to awarded programs within the THNY healthcare system. Reporting to the Director of Grants and supported by the Regional VP, Financial Operations - Acute, this position ensures that all funds are allocated, spent, and reported in strict compliance with funder guidelines, organizational policies, applicable federal and state grant guidelines, and legal regulations.
