Program Overview

Graduates will join the business in a Graduate role and engage in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional. Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well‑rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level. The ADVANCE program lasts approximately 24 months. Successful completion is used as an indicator of strong performance in line with other performance ratings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in carrying out structural analysis and detailed design calculations.
• Contribute to the preparation of design sketches, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with CAD/BIM technicians for the production of drawings and models.
