Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across design, production, warehousing, and administration. Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, handheld scanners, printers, sewing machine interfaces, RFID/barcode readers). Support ERP/MES (Enterprise Resource Planning / Manufacturing Execution Systems) used for production planning, inventory, and quality control. Monitor and maintain network connectivity between manufacturing floors, offices, and warehouses.
