Position Summary:
The Pediatric Physical Therapist provides comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

~ Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
~ Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
~2+ years pediatric physical therapy experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electronic medical charting
Flexibility with scheduling
