The Opportunity

Based at our Dandenong depot, this role offers hands-on exposure to all facets of bus operations. You’ll be guided, coached and mentored by experienced operations leaders, gaining practical experience while developing the skills needed to progress.

This position forms part of an exciting two-year development pathway, with the opportunity to transition into an Operations Supervisor role as you grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the Depot Manager and Operations team with a range of operational and administrative duties, including:

• Supporting daily depot and transport operations
• Reviewing and retrieving CCTV footage
• Assisting with basic investigations into minor incidents and complaints
