Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in a 24-month rotational graduate programme across Inside Sales (Inbound and Outbound Fuel, Telematics) and Account Management - Telematics
- Spend at least 6 months in each area gaining hands-on experience and responsibility
- Manage direct sales and account management for Fuel and Telematics business units
- Engage with customers via phone and work towards sales targets
- Take on managerial tasks including team leadership, coaching, and project responsibility
- Collaborate with teams across the business and innovate processes
- Act as a brand ambassador, supporting talent team activities and mentoring new graduates
- Receive mentorship from a director and support from local senior leaders and a UK buddy
